You will receive a proforma invoice containing the description of the ordered animals, estimated costs, packaging, shipping method and the required certificates. We ask you to confirm our proposal by email. Before we start collecting your order, you have to deposit a minimum of 50% of the total estimated costs as downpayment. The shippingcosts are estimated and according to a official quotation by our agent. This amount will be recalculated within two weeks after the shipment.
The downpayment is because Zwijnenberg Bird-Farm has to apply for different documents and export CITES. Once all export papers are received, the remaining 50% has to be paid.
Delivery is made after full payment and will be adjusted by mutual agreement, but at least 7 workingdays prior to shipment
