How we work:Important to notice:
Our price includes crating & transport to Schiphol airport. Freight forwarding, freight and other expected costs are quoted by our shipping agents and paid by the importer. Pre-export isolation are against Zwijnenberg Bird-Farm's expenses and risks. Live and healthy arrival is guaranteed until the airport of departure and covered/subjected by the HC of the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority which is according the requirements of the importing country. Zwijnenberg Bird-Farm is not responsible for any damage or health issues from the moment of delivery at the airport of departure (Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam). All claims must be made within 24 hours after receipt of the birds. All Claims must come with a by a government veterinary report, photos or other documentation/tests requested by us. We will not accept any claims made after this time period nor do we guarantee health of birds past arrival. Every claim will be taken in consideration but Zwijnenberg Bird-Farm keeps the right to disregard the claim unilaterally. We do not guarantee the health or livability of birds through quarantine periods. Please Note: We expect Balance of Payment immediately after our Paper Work is Complete. If Balance Payment is not received 7 days prior to shipment. Interest and Agistment fees will be calculated daily from when paper work was completed at 25% per Annum Daily. We will only hold these birds for a Maximum of 2 calendar months from whence the Paper Work was completed, after this period the Deposit will be forfeited and Birds resold. - All species we offer are subject to availability. - All prices and payments are in Euro. - Zwijnenberg Bird-Farm does not work with an active stock. We collect on behalf of the customers, after receiving the order. - Zwijnenberg Bird-Farm quotes on case to case basis after receiving a specified quotation request. Every shipment comes with:
- Official invoice - Export CITES documents - Health Certificate according to the requirements of the destination country. Health Certificate example:
